Very poor service, the workers have no manners , poor service, poor food portion, SAVE YOUR MONEY go else where, there’s a young man that’s named Francisco that’s working the cashier, and this is not the first time I came and he had a bad attitude,
he works days and nights, so I can’t seem to escape his bad service when I try to order here after work. I travel for work, tonight I made a mistake with the location menus, and he was so rude telling me to go next door, I said, I understand but you owe me apology because some locations do, so that doesn’t mean you be rude, when I didn’t even finish placing my order what else I wanted, each time they served poor food, I let it go, this is the first time I’m finally speaking up! And last time coming back. Never again.

Well after coming to this El Pollo loco for 15 years something finally happened. My wife ordered a side salad and got it to the table and she got back up and went and said I didn't get any salad dressing and the lady said that she was going to be charging her $0.60 for salad dressing in 15 years. I've never paid for any salad dressing. I kind of made the experience here at this El Pollo loco feel bad but I've never seen this lady that was working behind the counter before our dinner was good but that was a bad experience on service Park. She finally did give my wife a little dabbet of salad dressing less than a tablespoon and didn't charge us after going through some kind of hassle about it was going to be

We ordered through GrubHub, over $90 in food. We received 3 salads. We called this location and got told that our food was there, and that we could come pick it up... Why would we order it for delivery if we need to come pick it up. COMPLETELY MISSING THE POINT 👉, no more business for you from us....

Love their salads with avocado but all of the food is great. The house salad is to die for. Great food at fair prices. Love it. Tables aren't always clean and that is the only thing I don't care for.

Got a chicken tortilla soup...with no tortilla strips! Just a 5 oz container with literally 5 tortilla strips, a few cilantro leaves, and cheese. It is called TORTILLA SOUP!!
