Got a chicken tortilla soup...with no tortilla strips! Just a 5 oz container with literally 5 tortilla strips, a few cilantro leaves, and cheese. It is called TORTILLA SOUP!!

I love the Double Chicken Tostada, but whenever I ask for a combo, they always forget to put the chips in it, this is the 4th that this has happened. If im paying for this (Which is kinda pricy unlike other places) I expect to have what im paying for, and the recipee and all shows that it should of have chips but they forget about it almost all the time, 4 out of my 6 visits comes without chips

They did not make what I specifically ordered online. The meat was not cooked properly.The worst part was that when I reported it to the manager he only apologized and offered nothing in return.So I guess it meant too bad you didn't like your food but we are not going to replace it for you...!
