Never had to ask for refill and never had to ask for used plates to be taken away. Will be back

Parking: Not an issue to find a spot on the large parking for the shops around the center. Just waking a bit more sometimes.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, doors have plenty of space to wheel anyone in and out. Also plenty of tables that can accommodate any wheel chair size.

The steak was good but it stops there. Everything was cold, the salad bar had a very poor selection, the rice Krispy bars were soggy. Never ever again!

Food needed flavor, service was horrible. No one came to ask us what kind of drinks. We were sitting g there waiting. The manager was just looking at us from afar. They do not come and check to see if you need refills, ask if everything is okay. Windows and doors were very dirty. They were empty so the manager could of had someone clean the windows and doors.

The trouble with eating at a place like this? So many great choices. It's difficult not to eat too much. They also had sirloin. I enjoyed it, even though the price would keep me from going very often.

Food was dry as if it had been sitting too long under the heat lamp. Had an unusual smell inside which made us want to eat in a hurry and leave. No Diet Coke which is a must for me. Hadn't been there in a long time but won't be going back.

I personally come for the fried chicken and I usually find it good. My brothers always are waiting for the sliders. They seemed to be low on staff. And the food was slow to be restocked.
