2 days ago my husband Guamainian and I Germany ,wanted to enjoy a day of not cooking, we were so shocked about the Food they seve , Absolutely un exeptebel too seve Food like that .there is no way that that Food was Fresh that Store needs to shut down . Unbelievable. I never complained about any store. But I had to speak up. Anybody who can cook Guamainian Food would be Outraged. ,

Been coming here for YEARS! But now Im ready to stop. Their PORTION sizes have gottn WAYYYY smaller and they charge almost $30 now for an entree of picnic food. This is where I draw the line..Sorry I had enough especially in this economy.

I usually pick up food from Guahan grill. It is the best place for Chamorro food we have found in coastal north county San Diego. Service is good and friendly. Spam musubi/roll, red rice and chicken kelaguen are my go to items here. And The spice is just right.

The pork spare ribs are bomb ? sooo good that we got two orders. These ribs are so flavorful, juicy and a bit crunchy on the outside. You have to try them when you visit.
We ordered the Guahan special. It came with pork spare ribs, a chicken empanada, chicken kelaguen, rice and cucumber salad. I loved that I got to try a bit of everything. Chicken Kelaguen was very refreshing. We also ordered Chamorro style fried rice with spam and eggs over easy, and a Poke bowl. There’s plenty of food for four of us to share. Again, we wanted more spare ribs so we ordered more.
Our waiter was friendly and attentive. The space was big enough to accommodate big groups. I would def come back when I’m in the area.

This place is one of the very few things I miss about California. I'm not kidding when I say I'd probably pick a meal from here as my last if I had to.The finadene sauce alone is more satisfying than entire meals at other establishments.Don't forget to top off an incredible meal with the banana donuts. I'm not kidding, everything they touch is pure gold
The food is so good! The BBQ chicken plate is top notch. My daughter couldn't stop eating the rice too. The only downside is that we were very rushed. My friend and I were only 2 of 4 customers and for some reason the waitress came by with a takeaway box about 15 minutes after getting our food then brought the check not too long after. Like what's the rush? I wanted dessert but the waitress didn't even give us an option. Hopefully if we return we have a different waitress.

Parking: There is a lot of parking outside the restaurant but because of all the shops it may be hard to find parking. Depends on the time of day, too.
