It took 35 minutes to get our food but it was Christmas day and they were like the only place open. Food was satisfactory I wouldn't run back there to eat again soon

Large portions, standard chain quality food. Brightly lit, bottomless coffee. Michael our server didnt give us a hard time for chatting before we could even focus on looking at the menu (girl breakfast and had not seen each other for a minute, so appreciated his patience) I'm waiting for a refund on a $20 overcharge, but I do feel confident it's taken care of.

My mother and I went here 3 days ago. We waited 25 minutes for someone to just take our order. 50 minutes later our food finally arrived to the table. It appeared only 2 servers were on duty to serve the entire restaurant. I do not know what was going on in the kitchen/cooking area. I'm not going to blame staff, as businesses everywhere are short staffed. I'm blaming Owners/Management. DO BETTER, WAY BETTER.

After waiting 40 minutes for our food, it was delivered cooked incorrectly and was cold. We left and ate elsewhere. Will not be back.

Waited 5 minutes 30 seconds to be seated. Then waited 15 minutes to order. Then waited over 25 minutes for food to arrive.
My pancake was so cold that the butter didn't melt. I will not go back to this IHOP ever.

Workers spoke very broken English which gave a big language barrier when ordering food. It was busy at the time I was there however it still took 45 minutes between ordering to recieving the food. The food was cold or undercooked in some cases ie. Bacon, sausage, tomato. Cheese was cold as well making the meal overall terrible. After finishing the meal it took another 20 minutes to recieve receipt to be able to pay for the meal. This doesn't include the 30 minutes it took my wife just to get her iced tea as they completly forgotten her drink in the beginning.

Ordered online paid $70 for two items they didn't send the eggs hash brown or bacon with one of the combo meals $20 were paid and we're given back only $5 for their mistake when 90% of the meal was missing. Won't be ordering from them again.

I love to eat at IHop but this particular one had the worst service I have had in a while. We waited over an hour for food and about 15 minutes just for the coffee and drinks.

Food is good. Just as expected. Not too expensive, but not too exciting either. The service was slow. Super slow. The place was half full, but food took for ever to arrive. Not the first time this happens so I am assuming that's a regular thing to take forever to serve the food.

We came in on a Sunday evening cause we were craving breakfast food. The entire restaurant was empty. No lie, no one was there except one server and the cook.

Our server was great. She kept drinks coming, checked frequently and was very nice.

Food was alright. I’d say it was just what I expected it to be. Overpriced but good for what it was. I had the bacon avocado eggs Benedict. The eggs were really small. Sauce was just ok.

So… this place won’t be open much longer at its current rate but for what it was worth, it wasn’t half bad.
