From a bakers point of view. There bread is under baked. Not rolled.properly. just got a buffalo wrap. That was disappointing. 3rd time and nothing has changed. Customer service. Haha. There just trying to take your money. More experience needed...
JM is a great sub eatery! I always reccomend it to all friends and out of towners.
