Dine in customers get ignored for a long period of time. No one at the counter or even checking if there is. So I used the kiosks then wait another 10 minutes to pay them told our food will not be started until paid even though I had been standing waiting 10 minute to pay. I explained I have a diabetic child that needs to eat ASAP and was asked if I wanted to just go somewhere else because their are 15 orders from the drive thru I explained I do not have time to go else where pleas take my money and get our food started she asked me again and reiterated what she said previously i again said I do not have time please get our food started she then said there is only two of us They are understaffed. This is unacceptable especially for how much everything it’s to get terrible customer service

This review is for all mcdonalds who have locks on their bathrooms. I’m tired of having to wait in line for 10 min to get a code to the bathroom.
One time my baby shit himself and i had to wait in line to get to the bathroom to change his diaper whole holding him and my diaper in my hands. STOP WITH THIS BS
AT THE VERY LEAST PRINT THE DAMN CODE ON EVERY RECEIPT AND ON EVERY MOBILE ORDER OR STOP LOCKING THE DOORS FROM YOUR PAYING CUSTOMERS.
By far this is the dirtiest McDonald's ever been to. I walked in and had to wait 15 minutes for somebody to take my order. They forced me to use the kiosk, also it was super cold they had the AC at full blast. How disrespectful to their customers so the tables were not clean. I ordered two sausage egg McMuffins and a burrito and there were not wrap properly. I will not be coming back

Went through the drive through. No iced tea or Dr. Pepper. We did not check the order when leaving (I know , we should have). There were 5 fries in the kid meal and my daughter's whole chicken order was missing. Could not go back. Tried to call. The phone is always busy.

A drive through that doesn't provide a complementary bag for your food is absurd. I can't imagine that the pennies they are able to pinch by charging customers for the bag their food is supposed to come in is worth the amount of dissatisfied customers this results in. Having to individually grab each item in my order of food for multiple people and somehow find a place to put them in my car was ridiculous and made a huge mess.

So disappointed. I rarely eat at McDonald's, so I look forward to it whenIdo go. I walked in with my granddaughter to sit and eat. It took forever to get our order. I had to go back up to the counter and ask for napkins, a straw, and the missing sauce. You would think that employees receiving $20 hr would be trained for the job customers expect to receive. I'll go to another food chain next time I eat fast food.

They charge for condiments because the franchise owner is greedy. They don’t give condiments with anything except chicken nuggets apparently and they don’t even fill up the fries like order a large fry and you’ll get it half full. There’s a McDonald’s a few minutes away from this one that is obviously owned by someone else. You should go there if you want McDonalds. This McDonald’s I guarantee will just frustrate you and is not worth the hassle
