Usually do drive thru at this location, but today I decided to dine in. I thought it would be neat to see how much it’s changed since they remodeled this location. I put in my order through kiosk and then tried finding a clean table to sit at, all tables were dirty. Finally found a somewhat decent one but then waited a total of 25min to get my food ready. Went to the counter to see what the hold up was and saw that my order was sitting on the other side of the counter still waiting on an item from be prepared, didn’t think it would take them over twenty minutes to make a burger. I had to ask one of the crew members to freshen up my fries since they were the first thing to go cold. He was kind enough to complete my request and apologized for the mishap. With the remodel they removed the fountain drink station in the lobby so if you’d like a refill on your fountain drink you will need to get it from a crew member. As if that wasn’t challenging enough, the crew didn’t acknowledge any of us as order pick and other customer waited to get their order taken. I tried getting one of the supervisors attention but was ignored, I understand it’s busy but as a supervisor I think they can take a second to thank customers for their patience or at the very least acknowledge us. I had to go past the register counter to get one of the two supervisors attention only to be told I need to stay behind the counter, to which I replied that I would if they would just acknowledge us since at this point there were several people waiting to order and or pick up. Not a place to dine in, I will stick drive thru since it’s their main priority and not the customers that choose to dine in.

Drive thru so slow, people rude, order sloppy in bag. WORST PART WAS GETTING CHARGED FOR A BAG THAT WAS SHOVED AT ME. They have multiple signs on the window that they HAVE to charge for bags, it's an oceanside law they say. I say BS, McDonald's can eat the bag cost easily and unlike at the grocery I have no option to decline the bag. Gross money grab. Won't be back

I cant tell you how many times ive been to McDonald's and the servers are lowk horrible. But this one, I just stopped by and AT NIGHT and Kion (African Male) bro was the goat. His energy was enough for me to not even be tired anymore but to actually be energized. Bro is the Goat and honestly yall should give him a gift card or 100 bucks bonus. But anyways, good man. He did help me out and made my night better.

Don’t bother eating inside or mobile order. They only care about drive thru and the rest of the order methods are super slow. Standing at front counter staring at my packed order for 10 minutes every time before someone actually helps me.

Had to wait 5 minutes to get my order taken and then another 15 to actually get my food when the inside was entirely empty. When I got my fries they were somehow cold already and unsalted to the point they tasted like just potatoes.

I did a curbside pick up at around 7:30. As I was like 5-10 minutes away. And usually it’s faster to order ahead but no literally didn’t get my food until 8. I arrived parked and waited a little over 5 minutes. No one was coming with my order so I got out which I didn’t mind since I understand to a point they were busy but the last in the front was sooo rude. She was a Mexican older lady wearing a purple hamburger university hoodie. The people that order in the kiosk got their food before me. Like 10-15 minutes before me! Another customer was asking for restroom code and the employee was hand gesturing the custom una and saying idk idk. Mind you this whole time I was staring at the counter didn’t even get acknowledged until like 7:55. The lady asked how she can help me, I proceeded I order a curbside pickup a while back she look at my phone and said we don’t have it. I responded wdym I order like 20 minutes ago. So she looked a recoleta she had over the counter and proceeded to make my order didn’t take her even 5 minutes to prepare it. Didn’t even apologize for the delay or nothing! Just handed me the bag. I get into my car and take out my McMuffic was literally half way wrapped… first and last time at this place. Worst experience ever!
Quick drive thru, only complaint is they forget your sauces half the time so always check!

Once again this location continues to degrade the customer experience. There are multiple other locations within minutes, please dont support this one that refuses to acknowledge clients and will only pay workers to answer to machines. Plus the prices are seriously out of control and the only thing these owners will respond to is $$.

I highly recommend to not going to this McDonald's because they do not fill up the french fry all the way not one bit and I have a picture to prove it and the service was horrible. And the manager or whoever that I spoke with they gave me the food she said it the french fries goes by the weight.

Every other comment here is true I wish I listened. I got charged for a paper to go bag….charged for condiments….no free refills…..waited 10 minutes for a code to the bathroom….McDonald’s is pretty straight forward you know what your gonna get yeah not this place it’s horrible
