If there’s one place you HAVE to go in SoCal it’s Jose’s taco shop. As soon as I walked in I knew this experience would be one unlike any other. The cashier was lovely and went out of her way to help me, a kindness I deeply appreciate. The food was delivered promptly and I cannot even begin to describe the culinary excellence I consumed. If i could give this place six stars i would. Wow. Just Wow. As i took each bite of my Carne Asada Torta, i felt the culture flow within me. I felt my hispanic roots taking over. The Meat? Decadent. The Bread? Soft and warm. The Toppings? Oh the toppings… beans tomatoes, and guacamole create a symphonic harmony in my mouth.
