One of those locations that stays so busy that they can’t be trusted. From nasty egos, to free sides of ignorance and disrespect. One of the worst McDonalds in North County. Most locations in Oceanside will serve you trash and get mad at you if you stand on business.

This McDonalds is the worst McDonalds in SoCal. Every time it’s always something, a forgotten item, customer service is terrible, get the order wrong, always something all the time. I just waited for 25 minutes in the drive-thru and when I asked for a refund the manager even got that wrong and refunded me less than I paid. This place is awful and needs new management and ownership. Never going again.

Horrible horrible horrible service!! 2 cars ahead of us to order drive thru and we were stuck in line for 45 minutes. Then the lady who gave us our food (looked like a manager) gave us a horrible attitude. Felt like we were being punished for waiting.

We went through the drive thru for a quick meal. Ended up sitting at the speaker for, not even kidding, 10 minutes until we decided to drive away. At first tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, as I work fast food as well, thinking they were backed up and needed time. After 5 minutes, I tried to say something. Heard nothing besides clicking noises from the speaker. Tried to ask a worker that came outside if something was wrong but they just ignored and walked away. Cars that came in line after us at the other speaker were getting their orders taken. This is my first ever review and it takes a lot to make me mad.

The food seems to be alright but they have really bad customer service! Yesterday on thanksgiving I went at around 8:20pm, I placed an order for curbside and I waited outside until 8:50pm, I was outside for 30 minutes so I said okay they are taking way too long to bring my food so I went through the drive thru and as I drove up to it, someone said Hi, how can I help you, will you be using your app today? and I replied with, I had ordered 30m ago and wanted to check on the status of my order and then they just stopped answering and I proceeded to wait there for about 5 more minutes saying hello, is anyone there? then I proceeded to drive up to the windows where I clearly saw one person a bit far away and I started knocking on the window to see if someone was gonna come help me out and I never got an answer until another customer was also at the other window and he got down from his car to go knock at the other window, then I asked him if he got helped and he said that the employees said they closed at 8pm because of thanksgiving. This is really bad customer service, they could of just told me that at the drive thru instead of asking me if I was using my app like if they where gonna take an order and also really bad because nobody came up to the window when I knocked and honked a few times, they could of at least came and said sorry we are closed or at the bare minimum put up a sign that says they where closed already.

I am a regular customer here. I always order the same food for my kids. 3 $6 meals one of them no cheese and plain. They always seem to mess up the order somehow. I have to check to make sure there is no cheese on my son’s burger every time I go because he will not eat it if it has cheese. Yesterday they didn’t give us one of the nuggets that comes with the meal deal and today they didn’t give us a burger that comes with the meal deal. I understand this is a busy place but this shouldn’t be an ongoing issue of always forgetting something or putting cheese on burger when asked for no cheese/plain. Please do better! Sincerely a regular customer.

I get coffee every morning. Its been about a month things have got wierd Iit takes long to receive items from window i see my coffee sitting on counter If I could reach I would get it .UUK ! I received my coffee not how I asked creamed & sigar or cold .This is the effect of not having enough staff

I ordered through delivery, however even though the bag was sealed, there was no happy meal that I ordered. So I had to drive to McDonald’s to get my meal and Staff was upset like I was putting them out. No offers to make it up to me just nasty looks.

Pool Service. They got the size of my order wrong, and when I talked to the manager, she said that they were going to give me what they charged me. No apology in not giving me what I wanted. The manager itself has a very bad attitude. This is not the first time that this has happened to me. I will not go back there. I will just drive 5 minutes down the street and go down two different McDonald's.

Honestly the drive thru was quick and easy. Paired with good customer service the guy who took my order and my payment seemed like he actually wanted to do his job. That was a change for sure most McDonald's employees don't want to even help you regardless of their job.
