This is my favorite McDonald’s. The prices are lower here than the other McDonald’s

Fries are always cold. Asked the kid working there if he could throw some fresh ones in . Caught him waking out of the fridge with my fries

Absolutely disgusting. Needs a better manger and nicer staff. Tables and floors never clean. Won't even knowledge delivery drivers like their last priority. Bathroom stall so small yoi can barely use it. Along with serious amounts of dirty on the floor like they never mop it. Place should be shut down.

There was a homeless man living under the order spot in the drive though asking if I could get him a 10 piece of the nuggies. I DONT HAVE ENOUGH CASH FOR EVERYONE TO HAVE NUGGIES TOOO.

The new owner is greedy. He or she owns all of the McDonald's in oceanside now. AVOID oceanside McDonald's. They are nickel and dimers now. Now they will lose money at least from me and my family. Even the staff hate the new owners. They took their free meals away. New owner is a piece of work. AVOID ALL OSIDE MCDONALD'S!!!!!
So far the worst McDonald's restaurant. Rude staff, non apologetic for their delay blaming it on being short staffed. When asked how long the food will take I was told it is coming out. Took them 15 minutes to get the food. We're told fries on the way. 15 minutes later after checking twice I get the answer we are short staffed nothing we can do. An apology would have been nice.
I think training on customer service would be helpful for this location.
Do not recommend visiting this place at all.

No matter what lane I pick at this location im always skipped. I could be waiting 5 minutes and someone will pull into the other lane and be helped first. I was skipped 3 times today!

It’s not just few times. EVERY TIMES. if I told them we’re missing something they gave me attitude.

Took over 30 mins to get my food that was missing items, manager was rude and didn't care at all. They have lots of young kids who aren't helpful and don't know what they're doing.

When I show up, the store is usually clean and orderly (drive thru or walk in). The food itself is most often great, aside from a few incorrect orders (ie. Ordered no pickles, still got pickles, etc.). A few orders come thru with poor quality control (soggy buns, lack of fries when ordering a large meal, overly greasy patties, etc.). The staff however, have always been amazing. The issue with service seems to consistently come down to management. Any disputes or disagreements are met with hostility and denial 90% of the time, even with a receipt backing up what I had ordered, whether cash, card, or thru the app.
Overall, pretty quality food here with staff that care a majority of the time, and make sure the order is out in a timely manner. Issues seem to arise whenever you question your order or need alterations to said order. Worst case scenario, ask bank for a refund, especially if dealing with the app*.
*I ordered thru the app, was charged by my bank, and upon arrival to pick up the food, I was told the charge didn't go thru. I was denied my food, even after payment was confirmed by my bank and and the McDonalds app. I precedded to show them the charge via my chase app, and the McDonalds app, both confirming said purchase, yet they denied me my food and asked for an alternate payment. This is the issue with management. They stepped in to deny me, despite valid reciepts. A simple call to my bank with an explanation of what happened restored my money, and led me to boycott this store until i felt a shift in management.
I hope this review helps newcomers realize the potential hazards, as well as app users who seem to hit a wall when everything seems to have gone smoothly.

I ordered Big mac with large fries and I asked for no ketchup they added ketchup and when took a bite there was 3 pieces of hair and also when I asked for a Dr. pepper they gave me sprit and who ever took my Order I wish they don’t ever again and they changed me more and didn’t give me a refund.
