Pho Ocean Garden is a hidden gem with amazing food. The pho broth is the best, delicious and amazing, with specific praise for the #16 rare steak pho and the chicken pho. The sandwiches are delicious with great bread. Appetizers like spring rolls, chicken egg rolls, and Thai tea are also very good and highly recommended. The service is amazing, with kind, friendly, and helpful staff who seat guests quickly. The food comes out really fast. The atmosphere is great, calm and quiet though the open dining area can get noisy when busier. It is highly recommended as the best pho spot.
