I had a good experience here a couple of weeks ago. We ordered pizza online and were delivered by door dash. Somehow the online order placed 2 of the same pizza, omitting my vegetarian pizza. I called them and they fixed it and the sent me the correct pizza. I was impressed with the customer service here and went here today again. Today, we got a few pizzas and they were perfect, hot, fresh and tasty just as you would expect from a good Pizza Hut. I will be ordering here again soon. They take care of you here. You used to be my favorite Pizza restaurant, now that has changed. Please fix your online application that sends in the orders. My order was messed up due to the app not giving the correct information. I was trying to get it to put some toppings on one side of the pizza but not the other. It made it so all toppings were on both sides of the pizza. I called to see if they could remake it, only to find out I would be charged extra, despite a discount, for them to remake and deliver it which would have been another $30 roughly. Not enthused about it. The food was cold and tasted second rate...horrible. If you could make good tasting pizza like you used to would be nice. I miss the flavored crusts. I ended up having to go to another pizza place to get great pizza. The boxes the pizza arrived in were super greasy.
Curbside pickup and I’ve been waiting for a long time when order has been ready for a while now. Still significantly better than dominos in regards to service due to the ability for delivery drivers being able to drive miles to go straight to my room on base for the same amount of fee pricing as dominos. Unlike dominos being 5 feet away and making me go outside to pick it up on the curbside charging full price for fees.

It seems the boneless wings have gotten much smaller, hopefully this isn't the new norm.
Super hard crust on the melts. Melts at 7 dollar. Was supposed to have top pizza cust. In picture you can see it wasn't. Crust was so hard almost like a brittle nut shell.Best thing about this place is the manager. Tall girl with glasses. Super. Ice and professional.

Definitely one of the Go-To's for Pizza Hut locations. Awesome staff, not a great location for size but overall a very good place to get some fast pizza and sides. Miss the stuffed garlic knots though, bring those back!!
Parking: Typically going to be parking right up next to the place, but if there isn't they have a whole parking lot around them so you will be able to get a spot easily.
Wheelchair accessibility: The curb to get up is easy enough but there is only a pull door to enter, not very accessible for wheelchairs/power scooters. Though they do tend to have staff near the front to assist as necessary.
