OK, so I have to check out what all the hype was about. When it first opened there was constantly aligned but it seems like it is actually died down now at least on a weekday at 8:30 AM. My friend grabbed us some everything bagels and cream cheese and honestly, it was great. The bagels were moist and chewy and the everything part it was just covered! If you're in the area, I would recommend checking it out!
We have finally tried PopUp Bagels and I can see why everyone is talking about this place! 🥯 Everything was so fresh, and the bagels had that perfect chewy texture with a deliciously crisp outside.
We tried the Brown Sugar Cinnamon Butter spread and absolutely loved it. It had the perfect balance of cinnamon and brown sugar without being overly sweet, which I really appreciated. It complemented the bagel perfectly without overpowering it.
