Very disappointed. My husband and I ordered The big Baja to Alaska bucket and the king crab was like rubber. It was overcooked and so tough. It was not edible. We were told the crabs they received had been in “Molt” and that’s why they were this way. The lobster was also tough and overcooked. We were told we would receive a discount. The meal was 129.00 and our “discount” was 12.00! Hardly worth it. Our soup and salad came after the rest of the food. At the end of the meal, a person in our party, saw a giant Rat run by our table. Really disappointing experience with a high price tag!

we ordered the silver bucket lobster after siting for 20 min without being served. our lobster came out rubbery and couldn't chew. crab was super over cooked. the kids cheese burger was hard and over cooked. was the worst 150 spent. do not recommend this place

Been attending this restaurant since 1992. Food always good, service very good. On another note 📝 restaurant needs a serious upgrade. Compared to what is used to look 😕 like needs serious remodeling also upgrade in cleanliness.

Evening with friends and family got eaten alive by midges (I think). The bucket portions are the way to go. Tacos were average but not bad just not memorable. Service is friendly and attentive. The floor was a small puddle where my feet were which was gross as it did get on my feet since I didn’t notice it when we first sat down.
My son did not like his mac and cheese. I think it looks exactly like the boxed kraft kind. It was dry and didn’t have any flavor. Fries were a bit soggy and not crispy in the outside. Overall I would not come back unless someone specified they wanted seafood by the buckets.

Came here for my birthday dinner since I love crab and it's the one time of the year I feel I can splurge on it. We got the Alaskan king crab bucket but all of it was severely overcooked. The steak was cooked through, the lobster was fine but overcooked, and the crab was severely overcooked to the point that it was inedible. They tried to fix it and bring out more crab but it had the same issue. I'm very disappointed and wish we had gone somewhere else.

Ordered the salmon fish bowl and the salmon was not a fillet. It looked like end cuts that were smashed together and over fried. My son order a seafood melt that was supposed to have crab lobster and shrimp. Lots of shrimp 1 piece of lobster and no crab. These are 27+ dollar dishes. I expect more quality. Way better food a mile away in town for the same price or cheaper.

The only good thing about this restaurant was the chips and dip you get when you sit down. We ordered Lobster Corn Chowder and it came out after a long wait, luke warm. The $20 Pina coladas taste like they came out of a bottle or slushy machine. The kids' $11 Mac & cheese is Kraft. The service was very poor considering the cost of the meal and drinks. I wouldn't normally leave a review for my bad choices, but we all ended up sick after eating here. Such a bummer.

We’ve been here plenty of times and always enjoyed it, but our lunch yesterday with out-of-town family proved this place has gone downhill.

The food was terrible—the seafood tasted old, and the steak in the basket was burned beyond recognition and completely inedible. Our appetizer and fried ice cream never even arrived, and the meal left all of us with upset stomachs.

To top it off, our server was rude and clearly loathed his job, only turning on the charm when it was time for the bill. We won't be returning.

Sadly it's time for this place to close. They raised their prices and demand a 5% surcharge. The service has gotten worse unfortunately. They removed the salsa bar and I had to ask for water three times and they forgot my son's food during a non-busy time.

Service was rude and the food was bellow standard.
If you like flavorless and greasy food, then this is your place.
