When this morning 03/17/2025 the 3 girls were so rude and they gave me my order WRONG im definitely not going back to that place.

Came in tonight to pick up my mobile order. The protein box and tea was good no problems with that. What I didn’t appreciate was that the fact when I asked the barista behind the counter(I think shift in charge)if the store had any mugs available for sale because I didn’t see any on display he had an attitude telling me that whatever the barista is setting up on the display is available for tomorrow.
So I asked again if he had any mugs available maybe in the back since they are setting up a new display, he rudely replied back while pointing at the display “it’s going to be for tomorrow!!”
I’ve worked for Starbucks for 8 years as a shift and sometimes when it came to resetting displays for the season some of the generic retail or previous season retail hangs around behind the scenes, so that’s why I wanted to double check. I left with my order without knowing if the store will actually have mugs or not tomorrow AM.
What I would have done was tell the customer, “Sir, the retail being set up right now goes on sale starting tomorrow and these are the type of mugs we will have… OR No it looks like we won’t have any available.
Coming out after a long day from early AM to now (late pm) from doing patient care, this is the last thing I needed to hear for the night.

I read reviews and got nervous bc the other Starbucks on mission by stater bros sounds just as bad with making coffees wrong but this is my fourth visit and they have made me and my husbands drinks right all 4 times! It’s a little further from my house but at least I’m getting my coffee just the way we like it. Parking is hard sometimes bc it’s a congested little shopping center but hey I’d rather get my $7 coffee made right

I'm unsure if this place offers curbside service—it's mentioned, but I've never seen it set out. It would be incredibly convenient, especially given its challenging location. Nonetheless, the drinks are consistently good.

Went in to get some after dinner sweets. Everything was yummy.
Parking: Plenty of parking spaces and quite a few handicapped parking spaces.
Wheelchair accessibility: The doors are big enough to allow a wheelchair through. The space around the counter is also big enough for a wheelchair to maneuver without running into anyone standing in line waiting to order or waiting near the end of the counter to pick up.

Worst customer service. Placed my order for curbside but the order never went through. So I had to go in, with kids. Which defeated the whole purpose of curbside. Once I asked about it, I was told by Antonio that I never placed it, he doesn’t know what to tell me. I asked if I could still get it, after showing my receipt. He said he never got it. I asked again if I could get it, he said “uh I guess” and actually threw his hands up.
I asked if it was possible to have it brought out to curbside since I parked in that spot. He ignored me. I asked again, he rolled his eyes, and I told him that was the option I picked on the app and if it wasn’t an option then the sign needs to be removed. I asked his name. He ignored me again. I asked again, he finally told me. And I asked again if I could have it brought out. He said “I guess so”.
Someone else brought it out, she said that she needed to see my receipt for proof of purchase. And said they never got the order. When I did get it. It wasn’t made correctly, and actually burned me. There actually wasn’t a sleeve and cover wasn’t on all the way. Hard to say I’ll come back to this location thanks to them.

The baristas are always very nice and they get the drinks out fast but my drinks are usually wrong. I usually order through the app and don’t do difficult modifications so I can’t understand why the last several times I’ve ordered drinks that say it has whipped cream or cold foam and I never get it even though it’s advertised. The last several times the drinks weren’t sweetened either?? It’ll say 4 pumps but taste like 1 pump. Starbucks just isn’t worth the money anymore.
