I just wanted a cup of water and usually Starbucks is real good bout it but the guy that I asked looked at me funny and said I have to buy something first...like damn that's crazy it was hot and just wanted a small cup of water I just had coffee at another Starbucks

Mike was so rad he gave me his personal cell so I could text to set up a donation for a nonprofit. I was late and the team was very kind and kept the coffee hot!

officially my favorite starbucks and future go-to! yas was extremely attentive, patient , and gave me a phenomenal recommendation for a drink. she is definitely the example barista !! thank u for an amazing experience yas 🥰

I ordered a mobile order and told my sister to go pick it up, the truck she went in couldn’t fit in the drive through and the lobby was already closed so she went on foot through the drive thru and the girl that was working there ( she’s newer with tattoos and brown hair) she didn’t even open the window when she saw my sister she just signaled she had to go through with a car. My sister called me and I went in my car, when I got there another worker was at the window he is great and super nice definitely great customer service from him every time which the other girl should definitely learn from. He gave us our drinks but what’s crazy to me is that we had already paid for our drinks so if we wouldn’t have had another car would we just have not gotten the drinks that were PAID for already?? Super disappointing because most of the workers here are always nice except for this one girl that always has attitude and doesn’t even acknowledge you… this isn’t our first time getting bad service from her either. Mind you my sister has already done this before (going through the drive thru on foot when the lobby is closed) and every other workers has been nice and came up to the window to actually talk to her and they always giver her the drinks.

This Starbucks took away the seats and free access to the bathrooms. What a terrible concept for Starbucks to be trying to adapt.

I tried to get some coffee this morning in the Drive-Thru and when I pulled around, their menu had maybe nine items on it at the most. When I asked them about it they said yeah, our menus a little lacking. How can you order something from an establishment if you don't know what they sell.

Terrible customer service. I ordered through the app and selected to pick up in store only to find out that the store is closed and the only option is drive through. Drive through took 25 min.
Doesn't maintain reliable hours. Not sure what's going on over there.
No tables and chairs. No restroom for customers. Same prices and less accommodations. What's happened?

Wait at the register and all employees are making drinks. I am finally approached at 2:54 and told they are closed. They advertised that they close at 3. Drove 20 minutes to get here because other locations were already closed. Everyone standing in there being served except me after being ignored for who knows how long. Unacceptable, unprofessional, and possibly racist. Whatever the reason was, this is false advertising.
