Amazing experience! I accidentally ordered my mobile order at the wrong store, but Alex was incredibly kind and reassuring. He helped me right away and made sure I didn’t have to wait long since I was on my way to work. Thank you, Alex, for the great customer service! I was having a rough day because another Starbucks location was closed for today but I visited this location and was given such great service and coffee which made my day very nice after all! Truly Starbucks makes the world go round. I would highly recommend this location!

This location sucks. The inside is uninviting and so much wasted space that they could have tables & seating, but for some unknown reason it's been removed. The staff is unpleasant and awful. They literally look disgusted that customers show up and place orders. Mobile ordering is a pain cause it's never ready when it's supposed to be and they give attitude when you ask about it. They say you'll get a notification when it's ready and I have never received a notification that my mobile order is ready. I honestly don't know how these employees even get hired as unpleasant and nasty as they are. You're in a customer facing role that provides customer service and you treat people like they are an utter inconvenience to you. They need a full restructure at this location.

Very prompt drive-through service! One of the best Starbucks locations
I only use the drive through, and this doesn’t seem to be the kind of place you want to stay in-house and read the paper. But the service is excellent, and staff are friendly and terrific. Not sure if they’re Mira Costa students or what, but they’re incredibly hard workers, there serving coffee before 5am. Massive respect. This location is definitely doing something right.

I just wanted a cup of water and usually Starbucks is real good bout it but the guy that I asked looked at me funny and said I have to buy something first...like damn that's crazy it was hot and just wanted a small cup of water I just had coffee at another Starbucks
