Attn Management, whoever decided to hide the meat and cheese from the customer, made a bad idea with the new tops that cover and hide the food. 1st, I can't see what's being made, can't see the quality of the meet and cheese, and can't see anything. 2nd off Subway is questionable in quality, so when a customer can't see the food or the prep process because your big metal lid is in the way and I had to walk out and not order anything. Let me know when you fix the meat and cheese fridge top, and I'll return. Until then, I'll go eat somewhere elsewhere without ever giving any Subway a 2nd thought.

Absolutely unacceptable...February 21, 2025 at 12:47pm...ordered online from 1836 Oceanside Blvd, Suite 103 C, Oceanside CA 92054 location and was given an email confirmation. My wife went to the store to pickup the sandwiches and was told that the order was cancelled because they are not a participating location for the BOGO footlong. HOWEVER it it clearly listed as participating location online and allowed me to order.

I will most likely NEVER patronize a Subway restaurant again. There are to many options to be completely lied to and wasting my time.

WORST Subway EVER! We got a Subway Gift Card for Christmas so we placed an order online to use the card. There was a 2 for 1 footlong offer on the Subway home page so we clicked the ad and placed an order listing the Oceanside blvd location for pickup. We got a confirmation email after placing the order stating we were confirmed for pickup. We drove to the shop, went inside only to be told that they CANCELLED our order because the 2 for 1 offer was not accepted at their location. Why did their system accept our order for that location if it was not available there and why did they not even bother to ASK first if we wanted to go ahead with the order without the offer? Just the worst service and rude staff ever encountered. Since there are so many better sandwich shops in the area not sure why they think they can treat customers so horribly. Needless to say we will NEVER go back!

This place never participates in any of the specials that Subway offers on television nor do they take coupons. Not willing to spend my money here again.

They casually canceled my order! I arrived at their store 20 minutes later, and they told me there was no order for me—it had been canceled. At the very least, they could’ve sent me a text notification. I drove 10 minutes just for them to tell me my order was canceled!

Came in with a cupon, was told they don't take cupons. Continued to order since I had already driven there. The young person had no people skills and felt as though they wanted me out as quickly as possible. Sandwich was blah. Not enough meat, not enough veggies..all bread, basically. Avocado was not fresh. Should have taken my money & cupon somewhere else.

This Subway is hands down the best one in Oceanside. They are always generous with the their portions of meat & toppings and most of all they are very kind as soon as you walk in the door. Veronica is especially someone I always enjoy to see and be taken care of. She is a good person & makes you feel important as a customer.

Omg I had the best costumer service and the subs where amazing made with love and the wonderful worker that helped me I didn’t get her name but she was amazing I went around 1:30 pm Friday the 8th 2023 she deserves a raise!

Called the store to see if they accepted coupons (I've been burned before on that), waited for thirty seconds and they picked up and immediately hung up, without saying a word. Wanting to double check in case this was an accident, the phone rang twice, and they ended the call. I tried one more time, because that level of rudeness is unbelievable and I needed to be sure this wasn't accidental, and it happened again. Absolutely horrendous service for what would've been a 10 second conversation.

Food was pretty good for a Subway got what I expected but the problem was I believe I left my debit card in the swipe machine and drove back to Escondido then realized the problem try to call back no answer then kept trying to call back with no response call does the stores around they were not much help still trying to get my card either in the safe or in the register but here's the issue no one is picking up so frustrating!!
