This Subway is hands down the best one in Oceanside. They are always generous with the their portions of meat & toppings and most of all they are very kind as soon as you walk in the door. Veronica is especially someone I always enjoy to see and be taken care of. She is a good person & makes you feel important as a customer.

Omg I had the best costumer service and the subs where amazing made with love and the wonderful worker that helped me I didn’t get her name but she was amazing I went around 1:30 pm Friday the 8th 2023 she deserves a raise!

Food was pretty good for a Subway got what I expected but the problem was I believe I left my debit card in the swipe machine and drove back to Escondido then realized the problem try to call back no answer then kept trying to call back with no response call does the stores around they were not much help still trying to get my card either in the safe or in the register but here's the issue no one is picking up so frustrating!!

Called the store to see if they accepted coupons (I've been burned before on that), waited for thirty seconds and they picked up and immediately hung up, without saying a word. Wanting to double check in case this was an accident, the phone rang twice, and they ended the call. I tried one more time, because that level of rudeness is unbelievable and I needed to be sure this wasn't accidental, and it happened again. Absolutely horrendous service for what would've been a 10 second conversation.

Alex is such a great person and employee! My fiance and I came in to use the gift cards she's had for awhile, and while we were waiting in line Alex did a great job helping the people in front and it was our turn in no time. He was friendly and kind, the place was clean and organized, and we enjoyed talking to Alex while ordering. We decided to eat there, and it was probably the best subway experience I've had. So glad we came to this one!

I went there and it seems always training a new one. And I’ve been there at 11:30 and it was closed. So I went to Frazier farms. What a killer sandwich. $7.99 pastrami 2cheeses, all fresh veggies. Veggies that subway doesn’t have. At SubwayThe 6” tuna and a drink were $10.49.the difference was HUGE! Frazier farms wasn’t all bread,. The sourdough at FF was thin,. More like a handle to keep the meat from getting on your hands instead of being the whole meal.I’m glad subway was closed, I would never have known about Frazier farms.Not to mention I did some shopping while I waited for my sandwich.

Guy working today at 3pm (May 30th) what extremely hostile. I felt like I was inconveniencing him by ask for my sandwich and toppings. Was super short with every answer and seemed very on edge- when he messed up cuz he was pretty sloppy with it, I almost didn't want to ask him to fix it cuz he looked like he wanted to punch something. I think he should definitely rethink being in the customer service industry

Very poor management, manager is literally unprofessional, yelling at workers who are making sandwiches, dirty and some of the ingredients like spinach looked old so I’m not coming back here
