The older Mexican lady at the drive thru is so rude. I went two mornings in a row and she has a bad attitude. She acts like you are a bother to her. Wendy’s, your employees are a reflection on your company. Please train this lady on her customer service. Reading the reviews I am not the only person that feels this way about this lady. Will not be returning. If you want to ruin the mood of your day, go visit this lady in the morning.
