Since we live in Ojai, we've been to J&J several times. Great place for drinks. Very pleasant staff. Not located on the main drag, so usually a much quieter place to relax. My only issue is about the sweets they sell. You think I might have learned, after 3 attempts. To our tastes, something is not quite right with what we have ordered, whether muffin, slice of cake, or packaged cookies. Too sweet, or almost tasteless, or just off. Always friendly and the coffee is always good. I have tried most of the specialty drinks and they never disappoint. Service is always fast and even when busy never do I have a problem with quality. If you're local or visit often grab a little punch card for a free cup after you get a few. Kinda similar to most coffee places apps for rewards just the old school way.

I come here after a walk or hike for a yummy ice blended coffee drink and a pastry. Service is fast and workers are pleasant. There is some seating out front which is convenient to rest, sip and enjoy.
