The coffee is so good in Ojai! I loved my caramel latte and my wife got a vanilla latte — both with oat milk. Service was sharp and friendly with plenty of gratitude for our patronage. We also tried their vanilla blueberry gluten-free scone and pumpkin loaf. They were both delicious! I’ve gotta start this review by saying that California quails are an all-time-fav bird species to my partner and I.
So when we were greeted by 3 OF THEM on the front door here, you can bet your bottom dollar we were tickled pink right from the start.
An abundant display of curated books made the cafe all the more dreamy.
And the espresso? Pulled to perfection. Clearly made with love. This place is special, special, special!

The best coffee, staff and book shelves in the game! Run on down. Bring the kids or the dog. Get a book. Draw on the huge chalkboard canvas. Get a cappuccino.. get two!?! They’re great!
