Super cute cafe right next to the ski slopes at Everline! Not too busy on a Friday afternoon.
Good:
- The overnight oats were so healthy and filling, huge portion sizes
- The latte was a great portion size, very tasty too
- Food came out super quickly, 5 minute wait or so
- Inside is very homey and cute!
Bad:
- Pricey for the amount of stuff you get, but not too dissimilar to SF prices
Overall enjoyed going to this cafe and it was so cute and convenient for us as a group.

Very underwhelming for the price. My main criticism (Which to the employee I said, “I find that very odd, but that’s OK” is that they have ZERO dishes, sides, or pastries containing sweet potato. It’s one of our favorite foods. IMO, they should change their name (at the time they had Sweet Potato in their name…apparently they’ve subsequently took my advice and changed it) or at least serve homemade sweet potato fries. Also, no soup du jour and no whatever the other item I thought I’d try before I settled for a pesto chicken, mozzarella sandwich which was pre-made and microwaved. Yes, I expect to pay more at a “resort” but really it should not be for pre-made dishes. It’s not a freaking airport! Go into the Villages and eat at The Dubliner, Tremigo, or one of the other better establishments.
The service was terrible. They double charged me and the lava cake was cold. I do not recommend this place.

The worst chicken strips ever. 4 for 12 bucks!! From frozen to microwave. Was out of chicken pesto sandwich. Wouldn't give me a refund for food that was soggy and not edible. Breakfast burrito was ok but not for the price. 10 bucks for a bag of kettle chips! Needs a menu update for sure.

This was a very convenient cafe next to our rooms. They opened late and early morning so it was great place to stop by for something quick. The prices are justified for the location but still $8 for a bottle of water was kind of ridiculous. The mocha is good and they use high quality beans from Equator coffees and wonderful local women owned business. The matcha latte was my go to with almond milk. It always hit the spot I wish they had bigger sizes of cups though. We had the blueberry muffin and croissants and they tasted freshly baked every morning. The burrito was the worst thing I had there it was just terrrrrible. How could they serve such a terrible item. The croissant sandwiches were a lifesaver and tasted so good. We opted for the one with the sausage patty and my kid loved it. The ice cream was good too and I ended up really like the strawberry cheesecake one. Overall it’s a good cafe with good options. Just stick to the basics and you should be fine.

Ordered an avocado toast. It was the worst one I have ever had. For $12 I got a single slice of bread, with avocado spread that was more black than green. Next day my wife wanted to order a matcha tea with soy milk instead of regular milk, they asked for extra $4 for the soy milk. Staff is in friendly and in helpful. Super expensive, bad staff, worst products

This is a review of customer service and payment in cash. Only giving one star because a supervisor responded with phone call as was explained by manager of store to discuss cash payment incident. However, both the onsite manager and next day over the phone supervisor did not acknowledge any wrong doing when completing a transaction with a minor. My 9 yo daughter paid cash for an item totally $12.12, change due $7.88. My 9yo received $7, was told by the person handling her transaction that the store had no change, and the attendant did not explain there were other options of payment (cc, room charge). Daughter was with 13 yo sibling, no parents, and 9 yo wanting the item, said, “keep the change”. In a discussion with the resort I learned that Bearshine cafe will at times request cash change from them. This did not happen with my child. Why not? We have been vacationing at this resort for 10 +years, and felt we could trust the venue. Bearshine is a separate entity from the resort. If a business accepts cash, it would be expected they would carry sufficient change, or know how to get cash change in a timely manner. In talking with the supervisor over the phone, I was given very little time to ask questions or state facts, rather she rudely talked over me, raising her voice to drown mine out left me ending the call stating, “I am ending this discussion as you are not listening to me, you are rudely talking over me, and I will now only talk to your boss or the owner.” As one of the first few times my child has made a purchase, this one demonstrates to her that it’s ok for a business to take advantage of you and your buying power. We are not seeking the 88 cents, we were seeking policy changes in the store to prevent this from happening again (walk 40 feet to the resort lobby and ask for change), and acknowledgement that this was poor customer service.

Owners must have changed as It used to be good quality food. I had a microwave breakfast burrito with powdered eggs. Coffee was good but eat elsewhere
Incredible food for good prices!!! Perfect for the entire family!!!

Great lemon muffin
Amazing food for the distinguished palet.
Good coffee and chocolate muffin. I also ordered chicken mozzarella pesto which had zero pesto and was very soggy
Good coffee. I pay about the same at Starbucks. But this coffee here is a better quality!
