This has to be THE world’s slowest coffee shop in existence. Expect to wait 20+ minutes on a slow week day. Couldn’t imagine what the wait times are like when it gets busy here. Only one barista working on a machine that can easily handle 2.

A total gem and a staple for Palisades. Great coffee, pastries and health food. GF options and healthier food than the typical junk around the village. Anyone that wants to judge them on service needs to remember that it’s sitting in a ski resort and serving the masses. The staff here are awesome and doing a great job. Cut them some slack. Try working at a ski resort with a bunch of tourist day in and day out with people frantically trying to get their orders. All things considered I think they do a solid job.

Great spot for those who prefer healthier non-greasy lunch options. We had the chicken rice bowl and it was decent.

I’ve ordered a coffee and after a while there was nobody by the coffee machine.
I asked a person behind the countet why so and when my coffee was going to ready.
He told me he he was the general manager, and was very rude, refusing to answer any question and repeating “we will call you when the coffee will be ready”.
Once a barista showed up, the “general manager” told me “ok, I’ll give a refund”.
By then, I lost any desire for a coffee and accepted it.
The guy continued being rude.
Very upsetting.

I got the ham and cheese croissant and a vanilla latte. Both were great, but I wanted to give a special shout out to the staff. There was a lady that ordered after me and was being extremely rude to both of the baristas‘s and the baristas handled the rude customer very responsibly and respectfully. I want to make sure if she leaves a review mine cancels hers out since it was a great experience and very friendly staff.

As a coffee shop / baked goods so it's expensive but that's expected given the location next to Squallywood. As a roaster with a Monday deal ($18 / 12 oz bag) they are likely the best value as the coffee is superior to laughing cat in Reno or wild cherries in Truckee - just don't buy the beans any other day as you're liable to pay double that price (I paid $30 for a 12 oz bag on Sunday!)

Coffee is great. As long as you can wait 30 minutes for a coffee.

Jesse is by far the most rudest human being, he was so rude to my child. Hé constantly profiled my child who didn't deserve this treatment, no person deserves this.
Management is horrible. I did let them know I would be writing a review
