Wish I read the reviews before wasting time waiting for this place to open. Acai bowl was a premade scoop of basically frozen acai with fruit scattered around it - super duper underwhelming. The smoothie was god awful, wish I noticed the papaya juice added to it because 🤮

It was not disgusting but it wasn’t great because it was a premade puck. The smoothie was unblended, and the prices were absurd. It’s a shame this is the only açaí place in Tahoe.
Cold boiled chicken on stale rice with raw unseasoned veggies. MSG sauce.. Chicken bowl was worst thing I’ve ordered in awhile. Açaí bowl super small - all for $50. They were Out of breakfast croissant. Gross. Wasted money in valley
Got a coffee and a “free”
Cookie - $12 coffee was good but tiny. Definitely would not recommend for the price

Trash—$13 sandwich should not have an EGG DISC that is freezing cold in the center

Got the dragon fruit bowl and the hibiscus pineapple drink. Dragon fruit açaí bowl seemed to be a premade bowl in the freezer with fruit sprinkled on top and rock hard goji berries. The hibiscus pineapple drink was practically undrinkable and tasted like spoiled pineapple. Also bought 2 yerba mate drinks which were $6 each - not disclosed until checkout. You’re better off going somewhere else if you’re looking for a refreshing meal

I had high hopes, because this had a lot of good reviews, i.e. poke bowls all the time the service was not ideal, the food was fine but for 38 dollars I would not ever

Mediocre, at best. The food was good however the rice was a bit hard maybe even old but it was edible. They also gave the smallest pieces of fish, and I even added extra protein, still small. Now pricing, it’s expensive!! I’ll give the benefit of the doubt and say that raw fish being shipped miles away from sea is going to be expensive on their part, but for $23 (without adding protein) a bowl there needs to be more fish.
When you're at a ski resort, there aren't typically a lot of veggie choices. Definitely a welcome alternative to the usual burgers and deep-fried cafeteria fare. When I went, the online menu had a tofu bowl, but a roasted beet bowl was the current veg option. It was served as kind of a kitchen-sink composed salad over rice and was pretty decent. Nothing super special, but fresh veggies, good flavors, and filled me up after a day of skiing. It was of course expensive, because ski resort, but you signed up for that when you came to play in the snow. It's also disappointing that this is yet another (of many) location in the village that used to be rented to an independent, local business. Now it's owned/operated by Palisades/Alterra. Alas.
Gave 5 stars for the food but I didn’t get a chance to try it as the shop closed earlier than advertised in their hours.

Great location right at the base of the slopes. Friendly staff and 2 labeled vegan options. The burger was fanatic!
Nothing better after a morning of skiing or hiking than a warm homemade vegan burger wrapped in fried bread. It's unique and beety and and very good - not fake meat by any means and also not the soggy grocery store variety you sometimes find. Just soft and crunchy goodness.
