“I love this place. I come here every few days and it’s always so fun. I basically order the same thing every time and when they see me, they already know my order. Bethanie is amazing and so much fun. It makes this Carl’s worth the visit.

Vegetarian options: Selection is limited, but they’re good.“

“Carl's hit it out of the park with their Famous Star combo. Fries were perfectly crispy and not overly greasy. Burger was perfectly done and the food was brought out in a timely manner. Prices are too high, but that is not their fault. ALL fast food prices are too high.“

I truly appreciate that Carl’s Jr. values customer feedback and is committed to improving. Upon revisiting, I noticed a definite improvement in service, which is why I’ve rated them 4 stars. Old review: I was deeply disappointed by my recent experience. The cashier failed to honor the coupon I presented and was unempathetic throughout the interaction. I felt looked down upon, which made the situation even more upsetting. I was especially frustrated that I wasn’t given the half-priced fries, even though the coupon had been applied to other sides. This experience left me feeling disrespected and dissatisfied.

Edit: I didn’t ask for a deal—if you’re offering one, it should feel like you value my business, not like you’re trying to make me feel cheap for using it.

“Kudos to Clarinda for her exceptional customer service and positive attitude during my dine in experience earlier today .
Food presentation, food quality and taste was better than most Carls jr location.
My cheeseburger was near perfect.
I prefer the edges of the meat patty to be more cooked and darker for that charred flavor.
I will ask next time to push the patty back into grill for another 20-30 seconds.“

“Finally, a Carl’s Jr. location that makes their burgers fresh that uses nice big strips of bacon for the wet burger and puts enough of the barbecue sauce on . This Western burger was finally made the way I remember quality everything good job.“

Not many C.J.'s live up to this, so I can definitely say the manager(who was super friendly) and staff here at this location are clearly going above and beyond their roles!!! You might as well go to In-N-out for a $10 combo and wait in their ridiculous lines“
