“Absolutely amazing experience at Carl’s Jr.! From the moment we walked in, Mariana and Bethanie made us feel right at home. Their customer service was top-tier, friendly, fast, and genuinely welcoming. Mariana helped us navigate the menu with great recommendations, and Bethanie made sure our order was perfect and brought it out with a smile.

The food was Incredible. Juicy burgers, crispy fries, and everything fresh and hot. You can really tell they care about quality here. Thanks to Mariana and Bethanie, this visit was way more than just grabbing a bite. We’ll definitely be coming back soon!“

“Carl's hit it out of the park with their Famous Star combo. Fries were perfectly crispy and not overly greasy. Burger was perfectly done and the food was brought out in a timely manner. Prices are too high, but that is not their fault. ALL fast food prices are too high.“

“Update: After a disappointing dine-in experience, I was contacted by Manager Angie, who took the time to address my concerns and assured me that steps would be taken to prevent similar issues in the future. I truly appreciate that Carl’s Jr. values customer feedback and is committed to improving. Upon revisiting, I noticed a definite improvement in service, which is why I’ve rated them 4 stars. I look forward to returning again, as they continue to serve the hot, fresh food you crave.

Old review: I was deeply disappointed by my recent experience. The cashier failed to honor the coupon I presented and was unempathetic throughout the interaction. I felt looked down upon, which made the situation even more upsetting. I was especially frustrated that I wasn’t given the half-priced fries, even though the coupon had been applied to other sides. This experience left me feeling disrespected and dissatisfied.

Edit: I didn’t ask for a deal—if you’re offering one, it should feel like you value my business, not like you’re trying to make me feel cheap for using it.

“Finally, a Carl’s Jr. location that makes their burgers fresh that uses nice big strips of bacon for the wet burger and puts enough of the barbecue sauce on . This Western burger was finally made the way I remember quality everything good job.“

“Today I came in because of my dad really wanted Carl’s Jr and let me tell you I had such a lovely experience. Mari was helping me out despite the large order and she was incredibly sweet! Absolutely would return! Plus she wished my dad a happy birthday which was very nice :)“
