Delicious restaurant. No complaints. Got the carne asada plate. Yummy. Meat was tender. Plate was huge. Think I paid around $14 for my meal. Well worth it. Service was good. Our server was prompt. One of the better Mexican restaurants around.

We started coming to Casa Sánchez decades ago, when we first moved to the area. The service is always great, it's like walking into a familiar place that evokes great memories. The food is delicious and there is a great variety of choices, and options for children too.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED We come every so often to this family owned restaurant and majority of the time we love the food; except for today We got here about 8:15am; already had several people in the restaurant but they did not seem under staffed. We didn't wait long to place our order and received our salads right away and that was the ONLY good thing about this time here. Once our food finally arrived it was barely warm; nothing more dissatisfying than lukewarm beans, rice and tacos. We did not see our waitress again until the bill came; guess the other patrons were more important. We did get a to-go container and we thought maybe we could just take it home, warm it up more and it would be better; WRONG. The beans that were lukewarm in the restaurant and tasted okay were still just okay. The tamale however consisted of more FAT than meat. This experience is seriously making us rethink returning here.

I will keep this short and simple because this is all it deserves. I have been coming here for well over 15 years now and while we have noticed that the restaurants has been going down hill quickly. I hadn't been here in a while so we thought we should try it. I ordered a number 13 (chili relleno, enchilada, hard shell taco). A plate of steak picado A kids order of nuggets and fries. I ate my taco first which was tasty. Took a couple bites of the enchilada and started on my chili relleno. When I got half way I noticed I was eating nothing but egg. So I began to pull the egg out of the sauce and notice what I thought was green chili spots. Boy was I wrong. I pulled the green spots apart and I was so disgusted I didn't even take pictures of the GREEN MOLD, GREEN HAIRY MOLD, GREEN HAIRY SMELLY MOLD. what I thought was chili was green mold. I immediately put my fork down and ran to the bathroom to vomit I was so grossed out. My family did not eat the rest of their food they ordered, they didn't even want to drink the sodas. My husband brought it to their attention and they took the plate I ordered off the bill. Which is fine. But I didn't think we should have even been expecting to pay anything after that. The server did apologize but that was about it. I do not recommend this place not to my worst enemy. Which I find so sad after so many years of coming to this place.

Not impressed, even though this place has many good reviews I found the food lacking flavor and the restaurant was not very clean, tons of food on the floor under our table and the table top was dirty when we were seated.

My family and I have been coming here since they opened in the 80s/90s. Aside from the memories this place and the wonderful staff and owner have provided, the food has always been phenomenal. When I go to other restaurants, my comparison is always drawn to Casa Sanchez. A lot of the hateful comments here are no where near well deserved! I will continue to eat here weekly as long as they are open, thank you to all who continuously work hard here!

Went there last night with seven other queens in our group. Alex was a great server and the food was delicious.
This was our 1st time trying this restaurant.. Umm, sorry.. we wont be returning. The enchilada sauce was bland and a lil strange taste. Rice was salty and kinda bland flavor too, the beans hubbysaid seemed and looked like from a can, food was kinda warm, not hot.. jamaica was too tart.. but the Horchata was deelish. Dont think we will return to try other plates. Sorry, will stick with Portales if we choose to eat out for mexican food, if I dont cook it myself at home

I've been a customer for more than 13 years and I will no longer go back. I always order an extra side of beans with our order. After driving home the beans were missing. I called and the girl said I'm sorry I'm new. I forgot to add them and to go back and she would give them to me. When my husband got there they said No, you have to pay. I have no problem paying for anything but if you say something to a customer after you made a mistake and then change your mind when we drive down there, you don't value me as a customer. This happened before where they forgot to give me the beans when I had PAID and they said to go back and I didn't do it because dinner was over. Again, my husband and I made the decision to never go back again. You lost a customer over an order of beans

Stopped in last night our food was luke warm we had water for salsa cold chips and everything was very bland. We both had a stomach ache for 6 hours after. Something is up, never had a bad meal in the 5 years I've been going.

I haven’t been here in 10 years and nothing has changed, the value, the amazing quality and the bomb.com chips and salsa makes Casa Sanchez a staple for great Mexican food and great lunch special prices. Large portions and amazing staff. Thank you!

Came here a few times and I don't enjoy it as others do but the other 2 places we wanted to go lines were long and the other was closed so we ended up here and the food was better then the other 2 times we been here at least my plate was but the service was horrible long wait for waiter to even come by the table there was 4 of us they only handed us 2 utensils never came by to ask if we wanted a refill no extra napkins I saw another party got up to get the waiters attention as well. I honestly don't see what the hype is about there's way better Mexican food places around like in Pomona/Ontario area.
