I’ve come here for years, it’s always been good service, the key is to come on non peak hours. Wednesdays are half priced games so that’s an added bonus. Shoutout to Tommy, he’s a great manager, I appreciate his hard work
Great service. Staff was accommodating of our large party even on a busy Saturday afternoon. My party and I were surprised by the great quality of the food. The restaurant area was tidy. The arcade area was very busy and loud (to be expected) but we were still able to play games and get prompt service for drinks and food.
I had a reservation for 6:30 PM, but by 7:00 PM no one had come to our table to take our order or even acknowledge us. After waiting 30 minutes, we decided to leave. Later, we came back to use the arcade and play pool. The receptionist gave me the pool balls, but when I went to the pool area, there weren't any tables available. It was frustrating to be given the equipment without being told that all the tables were already occupied. Arcade was fun. Overall, it was a disappointing...read full review
