Several weeks ago, I went in one evening to get the 2 large sides of Macaroni and Cheese that were not included with the other items in my drive-through order a few months prior. The night that I did not get the items (which I did not discover until after I got home), I immediately called and spoke with a supervisor/manager, who already knew that I did not receive the 2 items. I usually don't give a review. This El Pollo gets extremely busy, so I get it, at times there will be mess ups. But when I come on a Sunday and I am the only one in drive thru, there is no excuse to mess up this bad. No dressing for my salad, I asked for avocado salsa and the girl said ok, and i didn't get it. No fork & no napkins. Yet people want to make $20 an hour for 1/2 a** work. Please management, train your employees. There is no reason you should be messing up this bad,...read full review
