Update on my previous review: I really appreciate how the owner took responsibility and communicated with us to resolve the issue. We decided to give it another try and ordered the same item. I was pleasantly surprised during my next visit as the problem was fixed. Thank you again to everyone who took the time to rectify the situation. The chicken taco had the perfect balance of ingredients. Well done, five stars deserved!Previous review: I had ordered two chicken tacos, but instead, I received a lettuce taco that hardly contained any meat. I don't want to sound complicated, but this is unacceptable, especially with the increasing food costs.
I am very honest with my reviews. I come from fontana all the way here to eat. The best one here in San Bernardino for sure better than the ones in fontana and rialto. Food is cooked so perfectly and they fill up the plate. The workers are so respectful and attend you very good.

I went through the drive thru of this location. The food was okay, nothing special. The card reader was not working. The lady rung my card twice even though it approved both times. I was charged twice and I have to wait three-four days to get a solution. I would not be coming back to location if I do not get my refund soon.

I always love this El Pollo location because of their great service, clean seating area, and delicious food but today went beyond that. The employee at the drive thru window this evening, who I assume by the receipt is named Nathaly, was the sweetest person! She had such a sweet demeanor and was so kind, asking me about my New Year and we had a quick chat about the food we ate. Please don't sleep on the fact that these employees work their butts off and to have such a cheerful disposition like Nathaly is everything in customer service. Love this place more now!

This is ridiculous!! Just paid $12 for half filled burrito half filled asked for sour cream a tiny squirt on the end of the burrito. Small side of coleslaw $5 half filled.Don’t waste your money or time. Thieves!!!

Upon entering I had to stand at the counter before being greeted. David took my order, I paid and sat down. Saw my tostada salad being put in the bag so I approached the counter and was told they had no chicken tortilla soup- the manager came to the register and refunded my money. No explanation for "no soup". Got home and noticed my tostada was soft as it had been made and gotten soggy from sitting, the chicken was rubbery and the cilantro dressing was soupy. Extremely disappointed. I hope they improve on menu items- lack of communication for sure. I don't remember any chicken being grilled either. Only 3 people inside drive through was empty too. The dining area was nice and clean.
