Firstly I just have to say, this was my first time ever eating anything from a Firehouse Subs, and I must admit I was not disappointed. When I first entered the establishment I was greeted by a very kindly lady with red hair, and then eventually I was aided by an even kinder lady, I believe her name was Alyssa or something of the like. After I placed my order the wait for my food was brief, yet plentiful in terms of allowing me time to enjoy the firefighter/titular firehouse ambience....
The firehouse sandwich very fresh compare to subway quality better n service quick.Staff are nicer n professional. Not like subway are lazy to entertain customer.The only thing Abt firehouse sandwich it's pricey .
No food, service or atmosphere problems, but pricing is really confusing. Instore prices are increased compared to online, and while online ordering, my total jumped up $6 from one screen to another with no explanation.
