Heroes Restaurant and Brewhouse - Ontario

1st time trying this restaurant and it definitely did not disappoint!

We originally tried visiting the Riverside location with my mom another day, but it was extremely busy with about a 90-minute wait. The greeter also wasn’t very welcoming, so we decided not to stay.

Last night after our outing at The Imagitorium, we decided to try the Ontario location instead — and WOW, what a difference!
From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly and treated amazingly. The service was impeccable and the food was absolutely DELICIOUS. The iced teas were huge and so refreshing — the strawberry iced tea is the bomb!
My mom had the street dog and I had the Nashville chicken sandwich. Huge portions, great atmosphere, and excellent customer service all around.
Special shoutout to Miranda for being phenomenal! She was attentive, kind, and truly made our experience memorable. She deserves a raise!
We will definitely be back!

This was our first time visiting this place after many visits to Ontario Mills we never thought to eat there. It was very busy and very loud, but the service was good. Our meals were tasty.

Hero’s was the perfect spot for date night! It was my first time visiting and my husband's second. Even though they were busy, we were seated within about 20 minutes, which was impressive.
Now, the food—wow. My husband ordered the brisket sandwich, and honestly, it was the best brisket I've ever had. That's saying a lot! I'll definitely be back to order it myself and see if it's just as amazing the second time around. I had the Philly sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious too.
The customer service really stood out. Our server was attentive, and several other staff members also checked on us throughout our meal. That level of care made us feel genuinely welcomed.
The only thing that caught us a little off guard was that they took a card to keep on file, even though we were dining at a table and not sitting at the bar. I'm sure there's a reason for their policy, but it did seem a bit unusual.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will absolutely be back. If the brisket is as incredible next time as it was on this visit, Hero's may just become one of our favorite places! Thank you for a great night out.

Really good food and a cool little pub atmosphere. Service is fast and friendly! Salmon berry salad was excellent. Shrimp pasta was also delicious!

Food was exceptional and came out in large portions.
Waiters checked in on us frequently to insure we had enough water, bread and napkins continuously.
Now I see why my best friend went there for her 🎂 birthday. I was a bit surprised until I checked out for myself!
Now me nephew whom I find with says he eats too come back there for his birthday as well!!

You must check this spot out, although crowded on weekends, your wait will still be a short one and we'll worth it.
I normally don't write this lengthy of a a comment but the definitely deserve and surprised me.
I'll be back may 9th for my nephew birthday 🥳.. He loved it and is a very picky eater..

The Cobb Salad was large enough to make 2 meals. I was impressed by the amount of toppings. I did take half of it home for dinner. The drink menu looked interesting for the amount of choices unfortunately I did not sample any. I would recommend trying this one out! 👍🏼👍🏼
