Very bad location. This location off Mountain Ave and 60 FWY, is extremely small with very limited parking spaces, and drive-through line back into the very busy street, causing traffic issues, pedestrian and car safety issues. Getting in and out of the parking is very dangerous and a traffic hazard.
The city should force this location to be relocated or closed due to traffic hazards. Inside is even smaller.

I ordered extra tomato. But there were absolutely no extra tomato slices in the burger, and the slices were even smaller than usual. This happened repeatedly. I suspect the staff did it on purpose. Compared to other In-N-Out restaurants, this place has poor food quality and service. I rarely leave reviews, but this one is truly awful.

My husband and I ordered two grilled cheese sandwiches and two cheese fries. When we got home, we discovered chunks of meat inside one of the grilled cheese sandwiches (see photo). We're both vegetarians, so this wasn’t just a mix-up. It was a serious breach of trust and food safety.
It appears someone in the kitchen may have started preparing a cheeseburger, realized the mistake, and made the poor judgment call to remove the meat and serve the sandwich anyway. That kind of decision shows a lack of understanding about food safety and dietary restrictions.
This is not about being picky. For people with dietary needs, whether vegetarian, religious, or allergy-related, cross-contamination matters. Once meat has been part of the dish, it is no longer suitable. Assuming otherwise can be harmful and dismissive.
Thankfully, customer assistance handled the situation professionally and reimbursed our meal, which we truly appreciate. We are sharing this experience to raise awareness and encourage more thoughtful handling of dietary-specific orders in the future.
