Been enjoying Juan Pollo tacos for over 2 decades now and they're consistency has been at 100%. At this location however, I was treated as a person not just a customer. After making my order, the gal at the register did some quick math in her head and suggested a particular combo that not only added a drink but saved me $3. There was no tip jar but I insisted on learning one, when you visit encourage them to put out a tip jar, they deserve it in my book.

The food is great, love it. The service however was a bit rude. My family ordered the jumbo pack and when we had to go ask for salsa and tortillas which they didn't include we got attitude from the cashier in front.

Parking: Parking was easy not too crowded.

Kid-friendliness: They had some machine games for kids.

Very fast order and delivery process. Ordered takeout was made fresh to order. Good portion sizes, are able to upgrade any side to any size. Chicken is juicy and good. Just make sure the chicken isn’t burnt.

Parking: Big spots very good lighting plenty of room

Wheelchair accessibility: Ada Access to the order kiosk and also the dining area
