Great experience here. Left one of their competitors - Texas after poor service and management, walked out after a wait. Was promptly greeted and seated, fast, courteous, attentive service. Even the manager checked to see how everything was. I had ten Prime Rib, it was great! Highly recommend Outback vs their competitor. Will be coming here from now on.

Sent my steak back 3 times after waiting for it another 20 minutes we paid and left. The manager met us at the door and asked if I wanted it to go and I said no she rolled her eyes. Had to wait nearly 15 minutes after asking for more water. Horrible attitudes from all employees we encountered.
