Also i feel that the Waitress at the Burlington NJ location is kind and welcoming to me & my husband who are older. We appreciate how she talks about new items to try. I will definitely request her area to sit since she is full time waitress

IHOP offers tasty food, with specific mentions of enjoyable protein pancakes, French toast, and hash browns. The location, situated in a shopping center, provides ample parking. The atmosphere is nice and surprisingly clean for being open 24 hours. Service experiences can vary; some reviews highlight an attentive and respectful server who ensured orders were taken promptly, while others mention a rude server getting the order wrong. One hostess managed multiple tasks, leading to some slight delays. Despite a few complaints about rising prices, many customers still find the food enjoyable, making this IHOP a good choice for a quick breakfast or satisfying cravings, especially for items like the build your own omelette and chicken and waffles.
