“This Pizza Hut Manager (Jessica) went above and beyond for me, as a customer. I was throwing a end of a All-Star Softball Season party for my team and we won a 100.00 Gift Card from a tournament drawing. The gift card was not registered or being accepted in any way or form. Jessica tried many ways to input the information and also still helping walk in customers. Jessica was very professional, understanding and patient with my situation. I ended up paying out of pocket, due to a bad gift card, but Jessica did utilize every source. I thank her for taking the time and energy for 1 customers experience. I don't live in the area, but if I ever need pizza around Upland / Ontario, I definitely will go visit Jessica.
