When picking up our order I checked the 8 boxes for proper details and noticed one of the pizzas crust was really thick making the interior pizza really small. I nicely requested for the pizza to be remade because honestly who wants a pizza half crust. They all looked at me like if I was crazy and made me really uncomfortable to have them make me another pizza. I said give me the refund and they only refunded me $7 for a $15 pizza. Gabriel the manager was so unprofessional telling me all dough is the same considering the other 3 pizzas I got had a perfect made crust. A customer got involved and told me to tell my family to shut up and eat it as Gabriel laughed and went along with the rude customer, this happened at 13:37 but according to the receipt it reads 12:37. Please make a note of your managers interactions with his service and the rest of your crew. First and last time we will do service with you. I dropped $115 on this order which was changed to $106… with a large pizza refunded supposedly. Trust and believe if I’m dropping that kinda money I want my order right.

Sometimes it's really good and sometimes it's not good at all. Got cheese sticks today and they're brown and overcooked on the top (hard enough where you can tap it with your finger and it makes a loud hollow knocking). The whole thing is like a big brown burnt crust. Other times it will be good, and not brown at all ( like the photos when you order) but fully cooked. Hard to recommend if it's going to be a Gamble if it's going to be good or not.

Extra Large Pepperoni and Bell Pepper. There was a huge cheese pull with this pizza. We did pickup and the service was pretty quick. Signed up for text messages and they send me coupons about once a week. It's really worth driving a little further for good pizza.

My experience with delivery. Got a flyer in the mail from this place, and decided to give them a try , got free delivery. Pizza came on time everything was good up until the point of eating the pizza.
pepperoni with pineapple with garlic seasoned crust, crust was good , but the cheese had a plastic texture , flavor was off tasted like frozen pizza. Not good.
I also got the chicken carbonara and had like one slice , it was super dry all around and tasted like it had been sitting. Unless it was just dried out through the cooking process.
Wings : I got Mango Habanero and Honey Buffalo.
Wings were good , and had a good amount of meat. However some of the wings didn’t seem cooked all the way through.
Overall wouldn’t return.
This was my experience, happy for those that got a better one. Perhaps it would have been different had we dined in.
Bit of advice to the business , ensure drivers have the pizza insulated when delivering.
Pizza, wings and breadsticks are always hot, fresh and delicious. The staff at Mountain and Philadelphia location, including delivery workers, are always friendly and courteous. Great Pizza and great staff!
Every time I buy pizza from you guys. It’s always a great experience. Friendly employees, too.
