Unfortunately this Starbucks is going downhill when it comes to customer service. I ask for light ice and they put ice filled both cups to almost the top. I spoke to the supervisor Vanessa who lacks customer service skills . I believe she continues to run and allow a poorly managed store.

Friendly and patient staff. Ordered a pepperminy white mocha, no whip, no foam. Got a peppermint mocha with about an inch of foam. Its not my thing, but its the busy holiday season and new staff I am sure. Just grateful that I can come and spoil my kids.
Please just read the labels correctly. Mocha's aint it!! 🤣

I come to this Starbucks locations often since its the closest location to my house. I normally go through the drive thru but went in cause I had an issue with a reward on the app. I was suppose to get a $3 handcrafted drinks but there was no way to somehow redeem it. One of the workers tried to figuire it out himself but couldn't either. I forget his name, he looked like a manager or maybe even the franchise owner, not sure. He asked what I wanted and told him I usually get a matcha blend with whip cream. He had one of the other workers make it for me on the house! I was like, wow! Thankyou so much! This location has also the most friendliest workers and also go above and beyond.

Had a disappointing experience at this Starbucks. I ordered a latte but was given a cappuccino instead, and it tasted more like coffee syrup than a proper drink. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this branch.
Only gives preference to Drive Thru customers. It took them 15 minutes, with just ordering it in store. 2 Baristas. The hot drink was cold as well

I have always liked drinking Starbucks coffee for so many years, but I took a sip of coffee grounds. This is the first time. I've been to this Starbucks location twice, and I really like the atmosphere. I also like the size of the location because it provides a lot of seating. It's a great spot for coworking or working remotely. The last time I went, I ordered ahead on the app and was expecting my drink to be ready by the time I arrived, (which was about 5 minutes after ordering) but my drink was not on the counter when I got there. I figured it was just a busy day, so I decided to just find a seat and start working while they prepared my drink. However, I noticed tha several customers who came in and ordered in the store after I had arrived ended up getting their drinks before mine was even made. I think it took about 15 minutes for my drink to finally be placed on the counter. I figured there might have been a mix-up in the orders, so I didn't make a big deal about it, but it definitely knocked off star on this review. Other than that minor inconvenience, it was a good experience, and I'd definitely go back!

I go here pretty much every morning since I moved here last month, as soon as I find a new coffee spot, never again. The ppl are rude AF,and my coffee is never as I ordered it. SMH. Appears this location needs better leadership!
