Had a disappointing experience at this Starbucks. I ordered a latte but was given a cappuccino instead, and it tasted more like coffee syrup than a proper drink. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this branch.

I have always liked drinking Starbucks coffee for so many years, but I took a sip of coffee grounds. This is the first time. The price has been rising, but your The quality is constantly declining and will never come again, ?

I've been to this Starbucks location twice, and I really like the atmosphere. I also like the size of the location because it provides a lot of seating. It's a great spot for coworking or working remotely. The last time I went, I ordered ahead on the app and was expecting my drink to be ready by the time I arrived, (which was about 5 minutes after ordering) but my drink was not on the counter when I got there. I figured it was just a busy day, so I decided to just find a seat and start working while they prepared my drink. However, I noticed tha several customers who came in and ordered in the store after I had arrived ended up getting their drinks before mine was even made. I think it took about 15 minutes for my drink to finally be placed on the counter. I figured there might have been a mix-up in the orders, so I didn't make a big deal about it, but it definitely knocked off star on this review. Other than that minor inconvenience, it was a good experience, and I'd definitely go back!

I go here pretty much every morning since I moved here last month, as soon as I find a new coffee spot, never again. The ppl are rude AF,and my coffee is never as I ordered it. SMH. Appears this location needs better leadership!

I should cheer to have a location this close to my house but apparently hiring people that can show up on time is something that they struggle with 7th time in 3 months pull up when they should be open but nobodies there. There is always other employees waiting on the parking
They always get my mobile order correct and it's ready to pick up when the app says it is. I feel the drinks at this location taste better than the surrounding Starbucks. The coffee based drinks taste fresh vs other locations having a burnt taste.
I'm sad to find out my coffee is now 20 cents more as of today paid 60 cents for extra caramel just to get a little drizzle. Come here almost every day at 630ish pm for a grande shaken espresso, but today didn't feel the love maybe tomorrow will be better!
