Very happy to have this place as a local bakery. The cookies, cakes, drinks and everything are excellent. Honestly, I would drive from much further just to shop here. I also like the unique Filipino flavors, unlike any other dessert shop nearby.
My dad introduced me to Kape Republik and said I needed to try their Halo-Halo because it is one of the best he’s tried in SoCal.He was right!The Halo-Halo was one of the best I’ve had! The ice was fine, the beans weren’t hard, it has chewy boba, Ube halaya, jackfruit, an assortment of other mix-ins, and it’s topped with a scoop of Ube ice cream and crunchy pinipig. This Filipino bakery is amazing! The Manila coffee was excellent. It had just the right amount of ube flavor. We also ordered the pandan milk tea and the panddan brownie, which both were very delicious. We tried the beef empanada and the crinkles... both were soo good! This place is definitely our new go to place and will order catering for family gatherings in the future.
