This is the mountain Avenue at 60 Freeway. It's the most horrible location for Starbucks. If you're going north on mountain if there's any kind of traffic the only way you get through is because it's on the street that says keep clear, but we know we get those drivers that will block it. Anytime I have to go here I do pick up inside. Otherwise you have a long drive-thru to wait and if your drinks already been made it gets to you melty. But when my regular Starbucks cannot make a caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino because they're out of all the stuff to make it, then I will do at this store

I’ve been coming here for a while and everyone was normally so nice and always help but today I had such a weird experience… I asked for a cold brew with cold foam(with sugar free vanilla custom) they hesitated then told me that’s not the standard(which obviously that’s not how it’s made it’s a custom), when they gave me the drink they said they will never do that again…when I tasted the drink it tasted horrible…. I’ve had that drink made so many times at a bunch of Starbucks and I actually worked at a Starbucks myself and would make that for my self, never was a problem. I ended up going to the Starbucks in walnut and central, I explained the situation they helped me out so fast and gave me my drink the way I asked without charge and was so nice about it. Not really into writing bad reviews but that was just to weird and I had to say something.

Ordered a venti coffee and literally took a few sips and gone because they used so much ice! For almost $7.00 I'd like it to last me 30 seconds and a few more sips!

Service was extremely slow I spent 30 mins in the drive. For the drive thru girl to be rude to me about my order. I asked for extra caramel she drizzled a little on the top and then told me I had to ask to have it around the cup. That's news to me considering I have never asked in other locations.

I went here a couple of months ago and ordered a pistachio cream cold brew. They had just discontinued that flavor and were out of it so they offered to make it with toffee nut. They tried to charge me extra for the flavoring that they substituted. I left and went to the one on central and they made it without extra charge. Since that incident, I’ve noticed that time that I’ve ordered from here they’re often out of several food items. I went in there this morning and ordered a venti iced pumpkin cream chai latte tea with 2 blonde shots (one of the best drinks I’ve ever had) and asked them to put it in a trenta cup with extra ice because the hot shots melt the ice in venti cup. They argued with me that they can’t sell that drink in trenta. I tried to explain that they aren’t selling me a trenta, just pouring the venti in larger cup with a little extra ice. I gave up with this store, they are morons. I get that order from several other locations without a problem, but this store is idiotic. I left and got it at central location.

Kaiya had the worst attitude, not sure why, there were less than 5 people in the entire store when I walked in and they were not busy AT ALL. After ordering with Kaiya everyone else was pleasant, asked if i was waiting for my order-- which I was-- I had gone to the restroom immediately after ordering and when I came out 5 min later nothing was ready. They can pop a sandwich in the oven and it takes 2 min to warm so not sure what the hold up was... the nice young man put my sandwich in the oven and bagged my cake pop. 2 stars for him.

I have become fond of few of the Starbucks locations in the Ontario area, and while there are plenty of locations -- I must say I was pretty disappointed all throughout. Starbucks just seems to be popping in SoCal, and especially in Ontario. Perhaps, it's because there's no other coffee chains like in LA, but there is ALWAYS such a long wait here.I ordered at the store the first time around and I had to wait nearly 20 minutes -- I knew not to do that again so I ordered mobile order the second time around and I showed up even 5-10 minutes past the expected prepare time, but it was still not ready and I had to wait a good 5 minutes before getting my drink.I understand morning time is rush hour so it may be busy, but man the folks here need some help. I am not downgrading it any further because the folks I encountered here were super nice and all very chill, and my drink was also made perfectly -- but I hope they are able to either add some more locations or pump up the efficiency here because they definitely need it.

If you look closely at the picture I posted there's a small hair attached to my egg bite. I must say my appetite was immediately gone after I bit & seen there was a hair that looked like a pube. Definitely these employees need hair nets & need to take extreme measures on keeping hygiene up to par to avoid customers having to possibly munch on one of their hairs!!!! It's disgusting!!! I called & complained at most they said refund or exchange for another item. So just keep an eye out for hair on your food if you come here
