Once again, in my experience, I'm still amazed!! Thank you to the professional staff, along with hardworking/punctual, my order came out with a quickness(as did all the other wonderful customers)! Accessible off the 60 and Mountain, it continues to stay busy bc the focus/value instilled amongst the great staff(other locations too, that I've visited)!!

This is the mountain Avenue at 60 Freeway. It's the most horrible location for Starbucks. If you're going north on mountain if there's any kind of traffic the only way you get through is because it's on the street that says keep clear, but we know we get those drivers that will block it. Anytime I have to go here I do pick up inside. Otherwise you have a long drive-thru to wait and if your drinks already been made it gets to you melty. But when my regular Starbucks...

Supervisor was very rude as if he was tired of being at work. Did not input order correct. Food and drinks sat on side without us being ever hearing are name. Very disappointed in the service received. Spent 25.00 and left a tip for horrible service. So sad.
