Actually this was probably the longest time I waited in drive-thru for one coffee,the line wasn't moving at all,I'd say about 12-15 Min's, and my cup wasn't even filled to the top so disappointed after paying top dollar for a cup of coffee.

He regardless of which Starbucks you go to cleanliness is very important and majority of them are very dirty inside and in their patios and dirty floors dirty restrooms also I remember before the pandemic they used to steam clean the patio down and that's just not happening anymore

I come here often. Girl working drive thru around 1:40 pm. Is just so rude no greeting or nothing. I've had her a few times. I tell her hello and she just gives me my order aggressively without a greeting back... She has an ugly attitude. If you don't like your job then change it... The drinks around this time as well are just very milky...

I have been here numerous of times and no complaints I was always satisfied with my order and customer service BUT TODAY was not the day the blonde young lady that was working the drive thru at around 2:00 pm her vibe was not it! She was very dry very rude I smiled at her told her thank you and she stared at me with a straight face and ignored me she shouldn’t be working if she’s having a bad dayIf I could give 0 stars I would… never coming back here again DUTCH BROS customer now

The nearest Starbucks location from our house. So far we’ve come to this place a couple of times and we ordered coffee, food and drinks both inside and drive-thru. The inside of this place is fairly clean and the ambiance is also nice. They have limited seating capacity. Like other Starbucks locations, this location also serves hot and cold drinks, whole-bean coffee, micro-ground instant coffee known such as VIA, Espresso, Caffe Latte, full and loose-leaf teas including Teavana tea products. They also serve Evolution Fresh juices, Frappuccino beverages, La Boulange pastries, and snacks including items such as chips and crackers. They also sell pre-packaged food items, hot and cold sandwiches, banana bread, kale & mushroom egg bites and drinkware including mugs and tumblers. In terms of taste, I want to say Starbucks is just Starbucks; so, there’s nothing to say about taste. The price is affordable. Their overall service is also appreciable and we have no complaints about their service.

By mistake I placed an order over the phone, I called to cancel, it took them a long time to answer the phone and when I asked them to cancel the order they hung up on me, I called again and the person who assisted me was friendly, he said he would cancel the order but they never refunded the order

I'm a regular here and the customer service has always been well but today I was confused on which drink was mine because it had a different name than the name I gave at the register. I asked the worker if I was able to take it because it was my order and she answers very rudely and says "well i don't know it says A, that's whats there," it was with so much attitude. Her name is Jazzlynn, such a beautiful name but ugly attitude. She could've just helped me out nicely and just been like "maybe that was on us but you're good to take it." She then walked away not doing her job anymore to avoid me while I was asking for a ice water, so I tried getting her attention and she knew I was trying to ask for something but instead of helping me she makes her co worker take over while she goes to the corner.

Restroom was gas station dirty. No paper, no tissue, no soap, not to mention dirty everywhere. Staff was informed and they just said “ oh ok”. In addition, customer service was terrible since the beginning. Not the Starbucks experience you are used to.
