The person working the window by the name of Bryan has poor customer service skills. I order two drinks at the driver they and when I got to the window I’ve realized in has a little extra in my gift card so i ordered a 3rd item at the window. Bryan rolled his eyes and proceeded to have an attitude and speak in a rude manner for the rest of the encounter. I don’t come to Starbucks often but usually my experience is more pleasant than this.
Everyone here is nice but the girl that took my order seemed annoyed when I was talking and just had an attitude, mind you I was smiling answer her question and then her coworker apologized on her behalf overall with out her good service
At another Starbucks, they made 2 of my drinks incorrectly, then they tried to fix it but with no success 2nd time. Came here to San Antonio and explained the mishap. Girl at front desk was wonderful, great service and re-made both drinks to perfection. Definitely our go-to from now on.
