They guy on Sunday is not happy at all working there, he was basically forced to make my sandwich, .... so sad I was craving for a subway since I moved to the area, I won't come back for sure.

I rarely leave a 1 star. But the last few time I have gone here. The service has gone down and down. Today was the last straw I will find a new subway even though this one is across the street from my house. Place is under staffed 1 worker for a Saturday afternoon. He was in absolute no hurry. We where the second in line and waited for 30 minutes before we finally walked out.

Immediately low review, the person working today just caused a major health code violation by cross-contaminating my food with my family's by using the same knife to slice each sandwich, he also dropped a certain vegetable into the lettuce & tomato container. Pretty sure the employee was also on a call with someone due to me hearing random mumbling in between tasks. The employee working also just gave off a rude depressing attitude, which made the gloomy place feel even worse. Never going to this subway location again.

The own of this subway is the meanest, rudest lady i have ever encountered. I watched her yell at an employee named ryley saying she is incompetent. If you can treat your employees with such hate & disgust you will NOT get my business. I was appalled, i was uncomfortable. Her name is Sonya.& i heard her say she was going to write this employee up. IN FRONT OF A CUSTOMER. She had the nerve to give me fake customer service after i watched her yell in this employees face. I watched this employee cry. This is unacceptable. DO NOT GO HERE

good service but location is hidden in the back of a plaza. workers are super nice and food is similar to any sandwich spot. Subways are all usually the same. location is very cozy with workers always being busy. don't hesitate to come for a quick bite

Today my girlfriend and I were getting subway and I ordered a hotshot Italiano.I am disgusted with the presentation of this sandwich. To think someone personally created this food item, looked at it & was cool with serving it disappoints me entirely. How can you prepare a meal for someone & not think about if it was to be prepared for yourself personally?I asked for everything on it & the person who made it overpacked the sandwich which clearly made it difficult for them to not only close but to add sauces in as well. The sauces were very watery which is gross to think that maybe perhaps sink water could've been left in the bottles or the bottles for sauce weren't cleaned properly.The bread was nearly falling apart, & they did not toast it when asked.My gf went and picked up the sandwiches with us and when opening mine I was grossed out ...People need to consider the fact they're making a meal for another person & presentation means a lot as well as displays proper work ethic.Be a difference... I suggest the mgmt needs to improve.

Worst Cusromer Service Ever!!1st i got there 10 minutes b4 they opened i was fine with waiting.The general Manager left to get starbucks came back open the door, waited a few minutes to go in she didnt say hi or anything she was doing her morning count still so i had to wait close to 10 minutes till she helped me. Well she didnt even have nothing ready or the oven ready i had to get something i didnt want. She was the rudest person i met. Second the asian manager was so rude. I just left and told ger i didnt want my nothing no more. Subway needs to hire people that are happy and have great customer service. WILL NOT COME BACK TO THIS SUBWAY!!!

This location does not honor coupons advertised in mailer.Will not return since they did not post any signs regarding coupon usage.
Super friendly and nice staff they serve you with a big smile and do your sandwich as if it were for them. When my sandwich was done, I realized I had forgotten my wallet, I was so embarrassed, but Woodrow gave me options to pay. I'll definitely come back here.

I don't check reviews when scouring the local fast food places however I did want to come on here and shout out Woody for always being a friendly face and having such a positive attitude. He takes his time and asks you about your day.Kindness from a stranger can really make your day. I hope more people make Woody have a better day, and maybe try to make someone else's day while you're at it.

I rarely give 1 stars but I got 2 issues w/ today's service...1 - The 2 people working had NO idea about the Subway Rainy Day Special (Google it, it's a thing!!) and the employee helping me said "I've never heard about that." The 2nd employee just looked at me like a deer in headlights.2 - I ordered anyways but after all that, I wasn't given any napkins (boo)
