Veeru was amazing! He was super kind and helpful. My sandwich came out a little messy the first time, and he immediately offered to remake it without any hesitation. He apologized for the inconvenience and was so nice about the whole situation. Really great customer service and I truly appreciated how he handled everything!

My daughter and I rarely get a chance to get out and have lunch together, so we were really excited for Subway. It was about 1215 pm and there was 1 young person working the counter. It started out slow but that quickly changed and I asked him why he didn't call for help to the back of the store and he said they were on there lunch breaks! I gotta give him credit though, he kept his cool and worked through it one customer at a time.
