Placing an order online and it not being ready is frustrating and canceling my order is worse. I’m not about to wait until it’s ready when it says online the app it’s ready. I was at the register and the lady that was counting the money said she couldn’t help me bc she wasn’t clocked in. That is wage theft or she couldn’t help me out bc she didn’t want to do her job bc she was so focused on counting. You all need to hire more people and get it together.

This place has horrible customer service placed an order online and called within 3 minutes of my order to ask for bread to be toasted I had to call this store 6 times before someone could answer the phone with a very rude attitude my order was placed at 2 pm and the app said sandwiches were to be ready by 2:20 I finally got an answer at 2:04 pm and she said your sandwich is already made and theres nothing we can do you can take the sandwich as is or order another sandwich never in my life have i dealt with such rude customer service someone needs to teach these employees how to answer a phone and how to deal with customers aidin is the employee who was no help at all.

The owner needs to invest in this location. Been here a few times and the AC never works, oven broken, and always either missing items or have 1 person working at all times. This is my local subway but now I will drive a bit further to avoid this location.

The worst Subway in the world. They charge $4 for just adding a little more cheese when making a sandwich. It's simply ridiculous. I don't know how much they will charge for adding an slice of tomato in the future.
