I had only 30 minutes to eat lunch. I decided to eat at Weinersnitzel located on University Ave & Iowa St. The customer service was good, and the food tasted delicious. I give this location 4 stars .
It is a very good fast food with its hot dogs, hamburgers, fries with chili and more variety of food and lemon drinks, Strawberry, shakes and much more.

I come here frequently, I came by 8:30 tonight 8/28. I ordered a chili dog with onions just like always with my order, the girl verbally repeated my order back to me correct. When I told the manager about the mistake with the order she argued with me and said I didn’t pay for the mistake and made me go thru the drive AGAIN. I’m not coming back for awhile. Sometimes it’s better to just not argue with a customer because you lose potential business, shame.

Two bad experiences in the span of one week! Both issues come from the "Managers". Faviela and Abdul are very rude and I believe do not deserve the manager title for the way both of my visits went this week due to their attitude and miscommunication between Abdul and their "Store owner-Allen". I was to receive a complimentary meal from Allen at 10AM on Monday and Abdul denied my meal when I explained my issue I had with Faviela on Thursday. Communication and good attitude go a long way and this location has neither or! Thank you weinerschnitzel for the complimentary voucher but the food was not the issue. Please look into the "management" at this location as there are multiple reviews about customer service at this location. Thank you.
