They definitely need to play music since I have people waiting 30 and 45 minutes and they're extra rude to Uber eats delivery drivers It seems like every time I go there they purposely give away my orders or act like they didn't know I was already there waiting as soon as I get there I always check in and tell them the name I'm waiting for and the last time the lady disappeared for 25 minutes and when I came back I had to ask her again and she had an attitude and just said it's not ready yet so yeah the service here sucks and they should be reported to the health department with the way they keep the sauce in those bowls probably figure out 3 to 5 days before they wash them their prep stations are filthy and I don't even understand how anybody could eat there

Beware of placing an order in advance. I placed an order at 6:40 to be ready at 8:15. I arrived at 8:15 and the food was ice cold. They seem to not understand the concept of a timed order. It's supposed to be ready at the time given, not well beforehand.

How did Miguel become Manager? Visited this store on two consecutive days and experienced the same tantrum with him. On each day he charged the wrong order and gave attitude for a refund. Miguel’s knowledge for a refund is to come back the next day to get your money back. Miguel needs to learn to listen to the customer and apologize when he makes a mistake.Overall, bad manager but good food!
