How did Miguel become Manager? Visited this store on two consecutive days and experienced the same tantrum with him. On each day he charged the wrong order and gave attitude for a refund. Miguel’s knowledge for a refund is to come back the next day to get your money back. Miguel needs to learn to listen to the customer and apologize when he makes a mistake.Overall, bad manager but good food!
I love Excellent Customer Service! when an employee sees you walking through the door (even though he was a cooker) Ahkash (hope I spelled name right) seen me waiting to be helped. Cashier was busy, so he quickly finished what he was doing, and tend to my Service. With that simple act, made me feel real important and I want to applaud your service sir! Chicken wings are horrible! Tiny, over fried and dry, and barely any meat. Thankfully it was empty so my food actually came out on time this time. But the last few times I’ve bought here the food has been pretty bad! Not going back.
