I think they offer a great fast casual dining experience, but the environment does get very loud. Not from customers per se, it's the acoustics. Great salsa selection.

Yeah I said it. Go try them if you think I am exaggerating. I have seen lines upon lines of people trying to get a seat at the Bristol location when there are like 1000 other places to get Mexican food in the area. Socal people are picky with their Mexican food and the market has already shown that this is the place.
Just go. Stop reading and eat their rice and beans. They could sell only that and I would still go. Yeah. Ponder that.
Location is okay; however food and service were below subpar.
Wait times are excessive ( 20 mins; post ordering food)
Failure to follow instructions; I specifically told them I only wanted fish and tortilla wrap; I waited 20 plus mins to receive the food and when I got on the road and opened it; it was full of lettuce and sour cream.
I don’t do dairy.
So I don’t get what I paid for and the service was bad.
I will not ever go again.

Great place for lunch or dinner. It's a casual place. You order first and then somebody will bring the food to you. I like that they minimize the use of plastic. They serve the food on ceramic plates and metal utensils. Service is great and friendly.
