If someone preorders something, or if someone is picking up multiple orders, these Carls Jr employees should have more than plenty of time and opportunity to double check if orders are correct. I had to give up my strawberry lemonade to someone else who didn’t get theirs, and those are premium drinks made behind the counter. Disgraceful.

I came with my family it was kinda busy and when we came in a woman with glasses name marlin which was in her name tag greeted us with a frawn we didn't feel welcome at all she left to the back and a guy took our order he was super nice I love his attitude his name was Edgar he deserves a raise but what upset us was that the kid was struggling with takinh all the orders while the manger in the back laughing with the3 cooks in the back
