Very authentic and tasty Cuban Food. I was walking through a farmers market near the Orange Circle with my wife and son when we saw the El Cubano food truck. We ordered two sandwiches, some croquetas, and a plato de Lechon Asado. Everything was great and the owner Luis was super friendly. Highly recommend!
NOTE: HOURS MAY VARY, CALL AHEAD.I got off at the train station and followed this unique Cuban Food Truck. Luis (owner) hooked me up with the “Ropa Vieja” Braised shredded beef, Cuban style in a light tomato sauce. I also got to try some of the amazing sides; black beans, plantains, rice, & lechón. This was very reasonably priced! Luis brought back a piece of Cuba to the heart of Orange. Thank you.
